What is a pitched roof?
A pitched roof is a roof that slopes downwards at an angle from a central ridge. They generally have two sides, forming a triangle or inverted ‘V’ shape. However, this isn’t always the case, and you’ll find pitched roofs with both less and more than two sides. In the UK, roofs that have a pitch of 15° or more are generally considered pitched.
Whether your roof is single-pitched, double-pitched, or more, you’ll find a quality pitched roof window for your home or office at Toughened Glass Systems.
